These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Attune AI mobile application ("App") and related services provided by Bishop Shop Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You may register using your email address, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for an extended period.
You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings. When you request account deletion:

Attune AI offers subscription-based access to premium features. Subscription details, including pricing and billing frequency, are displayed within the App and on the applicable app store listing before purchase.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, feedback, and coaching during conversation training sessions. You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of any text, messages, or other content you submit through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's training and feedback features. We do not sell User Content to third parties.
The App, including its design, features, content, training methodologies, AI models, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Bishop Shop Enterprises LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. See our Intellectual Property Notice for details.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
The App is a communication training tool and is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BISHOP SHOP ENTERPRISES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bishop Shop Enterprises LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 8 through 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or by sending you a notification. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
