Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice

This Intellectual Property and Trademark Notice ("Notice") sets forth the intellectual property rights of Bishop Shop Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with the Attune AI application, website, and related services.

1. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the Attune AI application, website, and services are owned exclusively by Bishop Shop Enterprises LLC. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The Attune AI software application, including all source code, object code, algorithms, and architecture.
• All AI models, training methodologies, curriculum frameworks, and scoring systems (including the ELO-based skill progression system).
• All AI sparring persona designs, dialogue systems, and behavioral profiles.
• The website design, layout, graphics, and content at bishopshop.co.site.
• All text, images, icons, audio, video, and other creative content.
• Marketing materials, taglines, and promotional content.

2. Trademarks

The following are trademarks or service marks of Bishop Shop Enterprises LLC. Use of these marks without prior written permission is strictly prohibited:

• Attune AI™ — Application name and brand
• The Conversation Gym™ — Tagline and service description
• Bishop Shop Enterprises™ — Company name
• Attune AI logo and icon — Visual brand marks
• The Gym Loop™ — Training methodology (Warm-Up, Drill, Sparring, Recovery)

The absence of a product or service name, logo, or slogan from this list does not constitute a waiver of our trademark or other intellectual property rights.

All content within the Attune AI application and website is protected by United States and international copyright laws. No portion of this content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast without the prior written permission of Bishop Shop Enterprises LLC, except as permitted by applicable fair use provisions of copyright law.

4. Training Methodologies

The Attune AI training curriculum incorporates original instructional frameworks and methodologies developed by Bishop Shop Enterprises LLC. While individual communication concepts (such as active listening, empathy, and boundary-setting) are general knowledge, our specific:

• Curriculum structure and progression systems
• ELO-based skill tracking and scoring algorithms
• AI persona designs and interaction models
• Warm-Up, Drill, Sparring, Recovery training loop
• Belt ranking and advancement system

are proprietary to Bishop Shop Enterprises LLC and may not be reproduced, adapted, or used in competing products or services without written authorization.

5. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of the content they create during training sessions. By using the App, users grant Bishop Shop Enterprises LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process their content solely for the purpose of delivering the App's training and feedback features, as described in our Terms of Service.

6. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Attune AI respects the intellectual property rights of others. Our training curriculum references general communication principles that exist in the public domain of behavioral science. Any references to established communication frameworks are used for educational context and do not imply endorsement by, affiliation with, or sponsorship by the original researchers or authors.

Apple, the Apple logo, and Sign in with Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google and Sign in with Google are trademarks of Google LLC. These marks are used solely to describe authentication features and do not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

7. License Restrictions

No license, express or implied, is granted to any intellectual property of Bishop Shop Enterprises LLC except as expressly set forth in our Terms of Service. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Create derivative works based on the App or its training methodologies.
• Use our trademarks, logos, or trade dress without written permission.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Scrape, mine, or extract data from the App or website for any purpose.

8. DMCA and Infringement Claims

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes infringement, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

9. Enforcement

Bishop Shop Enterprises LLC actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of our trademarks, copyrighted materials, or proprietary methodologies may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies against infringers.
