Bishop Shop Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Attune AI mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.

• We do not collect financial or payment information (payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's features and services.
• Process your account registration and manage your subscription.
• Deliver personalized AI coaching and track your skill progression.
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
• Analyze usage patterns to improve training methodologies and user experience.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Training Data

Your conversation training sessions are processed by our AI systems to provide real-time feedback and coaching. We want you to understand:

• Your conversation data is not used to train or improve general-purpose AI models.
• Session data is processed in real time and is not retained longer than necessary to provide the service.
• Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics may be used to improve the App's training curriculum.
• We do not share individual conversation content with third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use third-party services (such as Firebase for authentication and cloud infrastructure) that process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Safety: We may disclose information to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the Company, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

• Account data: Retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Training session data: Processed in real time; session transcripts are not permanently stored.
• Usage analytics: Retained in aggregated, de-identified form.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication protocols, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data and account. You can do this directly in the App under Profile > Account Settings > Delete Account.
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format.
• Opt-Out: Opt out of non-essential data collection through your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers and service providers are located. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. We take steps to ensure that your data receives adequate protection in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

10. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
• Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.

11. European Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, our legal bases for processing your personal data include your consent, performance of a contract (providing the App), and our legitimate interests (improving the App and ensuring security). You have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App or by sending you a notification. The "Effective Date" at the top indicates when the policy was last revised.
